The Maids in Honolulu

"We have had an excellent experience with The Maids. They have always been responsive, punctual, and thorough. We appreciate their professionality! They are not inexpensive, though."

"We recently engaged The Maids for a move-out cleaning of our cousin’s well-lived-in apartment in Makiki, where he had resided for 15 years. The team exhibited exceptional professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail—delivering a thorough and respectful clean that put our minds at ease during a sensitive transition. Of note, Dan, one of the owners, supervised the process. His proactive oversight ensured every item on our 1.5-page checklist was completed to our satisfaction, reinforcing the high standards maintained by the team. We commend The Maids team—and especially Dan—for their exceptional professionalism, thorough attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction."

"Their commitment to quality and service is evident, as they consistently go above and beyond. Scheduling my cleaning within a convenient timeframe was easy, and the team's exceptional reliability and attention to detail impressed me greatly. Knowing they offer a satisfaction guarantee adds a level of reassurance, though I haven't needed it due to their thorough work. It's wonderful to have a trustworthy service I can rely on to keep my home pristine, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of dependable cleaning in Honolulu."
