First Class Roofing LLC

"We had First Class Roofing redo our roof that was damaged from the April storm that ravaged the Hawaiian Islands. We were very pleased with John and his crew on the outstanding service they have provided. John went above and beyond with his expertise on dealing with our Insurance claims agents and providing us with guidance and information that made it comforting for us. We appreciated John’s communication, patience and understanding as this is the first time going through this. Highly recommend First Class Roofing for all your Roofing needs! Mahalo John🤙🏽🤙🏽"

"There are several different entities working with First Class Roofing, I have 42 panels belonging to two different companies 15 panels approved for this company to remove along with 2 solar water heater panels and my gutters to be removed & replaced. The day of solar panel removal Sunrun canceled my removal without confirming with me till mid August. I nearly lost my mind, thank God for Chris the sales rep for First Class Roofing who talked to Sunrun to bypass protocols and allow Manny their guy to remove the the 27 panels. Manny and his crew we amazing as well. The next morning Brian and his crew wasted no time, as soon as we moved our vehicles, they were removing the old shingles. Talk about amazing, they had everything removed and replaced before noon. Honestly, I am blown away at the speed and quality of work. I left to run an errand thinking I would be back before they left but got a call from Brian they were done and heading out. The area was cleaned, you would not have known anyone worked in the area. Mahalo for an awesome experience First Class Roofing LLC!"

"First class roofing was fantastic, John and his crew was incredible, hard working. Giuseppe was a pleasure to work with. I initially called First class for a leak I had on the lower flat roof. After Giuseppe addressed my initial concern he checked the 2nd story and discovered significant wind damage. I trusted Giuseppe to help me file a claim and advocate on my behalf. To my surprise, he successfully negotiated a full replacement and now I have a new roof along with my repair for the lower roof! I would recommend them to others thank you to all that made this possible ."
