Ken Gines- Soldier to Soldier Hawaii Realty Oahu

"Hired Ken to write a contract for my tenant to buy my rental unit and handle closing. Ken ensured every detail of the contract was satisfied and executed. We recorded the sale before the contracted closing date. Ken provided a great service and I didn't pay a 6% commission on a $813,000 transaction. Can't get better than that."

"The experiences I’ve had with Soldier to Soldier Realty, and Mr. Ken Gines has always been consistent as a company I can trust and rely on. From the beginning to the end, I have found Ken is a person of Integrity that follows through on every detail made, whether be researching pertinent information on a prospective home, or appointments in touring a home, including comparables, and realizing his amazing knowledge of being able to identify I quality home or one in distress. I am thoroughly pleased with Ken’s experience, knowledge, reliability, punctuality, follow through, including his ability to offer sound advice and I would highly recommend Soldier to Soldier Realty and Ken Gines to all."
