Our choice begun with, Sautéed Foie Gras; Catch of the Day (Amberjack); Seafood Stuffed Lobster; Wagyu Strip Sirloin; Chicken Roulade. We shared a bottle of red wine and ended with glasses of port with a special dessert for the birthday girl. We chose to sit outdoors for the panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, combined with the impeccable service and outstanding cuisine, create an unforgettable experience. As the sun begins to set, the scenery becomes even more magical, making it one of the most beautiful dining destinations in Honolulu. Highly recommend 53 By The Sea for anyone seeking an elegant meal with spectacular views and five-star hospitality. It’s a place we’ll gladly return to."

"Exceptional experience at Mother’s Day brunch! Views, service, food quality! Recommend for special occasions. We especially enjoyed the tuna tartare and quiche! Caviar was super high quality too. Everything was light and balanced. Perfect portion sizes as well. Cade was the best server, so attentive and knew all the details on how the food was prepared and the ingredients!! Vegetables were locally sourced from farmers, and they change seasonally. Menu was curated perfectly. Loved every veggie taste. They even served green ferns, which was so delicious. Valet parking. Fantastic ocean view. Indoor and outdoor dining. Every table has a great view."
