"The best and most authentic omakase experience in Hawaii! Every piece of nigiri was a revelation, we couldn’t pick a favorite since they were all so good. We haven’t been back since they soft opened a year ago, but it was even better than we remembered. Highly recommend, it’s worth the price and competes with the best omakase places in Tokyo."

"The food was absolutely phenomenal. We have tried a variety of sushi places including several omakase experiences. This place is a fantastic for sushi. I mean truly in a league of its own. The other touches like the authenticity, the ambience, and the service were also great. The chef was quite friendly and the staff was great. They do have an added, automatic gratuity of 20% but it is well earned and deserved. It may be better framed as a service fee or baked into the price, but that would be my only mention to set expectations. Other than that, every single option we chose on the menu (as a party of 2 we ordered 9 different items and each was a delight) not only reads well but is delicious! Their house made soy sauce served with a brush-tool as well as the wasabi in rice was a first time, unique culinary experience for us, and it was nothing short of phenomenal. Both really help bring out flavorful bites!"
