Chill outpost for poke bowls & temaki. Easygoing operation turning out customizable poke bowls & hand-held sushi rolls.
"We loved it so much we came twice! Main differentiator is that it felt like Japanese style poke. Odd to say, but the rice in particular was the standout because of the quality. I’d recommend trying if you can appreciate rice of a higher calibre, and simple but fresh ingredients. Very limited seating but you get to enjoy people watching the long line for marugame udon 😅"
"Got shoyu poke with ahi tuna ($14.95 as of April 2026) and it was good. I loved it so much, I kept coming back to Sato a few times while on vacation because the tuna was fresh and buttery. The food arrives fast. Loved the art work inside and outside, too"
"Good fresh poke and Japanese-inspired seafood options in a hole in the wall spot. Order at the counter and they make it right there. No seating inside. Drinks are in cans. Great fresh fish though and highly recommend."
