"Leave it to the island of Oahu to buck the national trend by opening up a brand new complex in this day and age of shuddering malls. While the majority of its tenants can be found elsewhere and closer to where we were staying in Waikiki, we wanted to check it out regardless. THE MALL: It's not as large as Oahu's other malls, with just a single level, no parking garage and about 100 stores. But, what it lacks in size is compensated with its list of stores and restaurants, making it a "convenience mall" for the folks who live on Oahu's west side. The facade and layout are reminiscent of the Las Vegas Premium outlets; very industrial with hardly any landscaping. The L-shaped, open-air complex is anchored by Macy's on one end, a Hampton Inn & Suites in the middle and a Consolidated Theaters multiplex on the other end. A small food court area is located near the theaters. Other highlights include a 24-Hour Fitness, H&M, Applebee's, yet another California Pizza Kitchen, Cheesecake Factory and Five Guys (the newest mainland chain to come ashore). OVERALL: Quality, not quantity."

"Food is great. Shopping on the other hand is low. But the theatre makes up for it if you have to wait. They keep the area very updated. Right now they have a lot of Christmas decorations around for picture moments. Taking the niece here to take some pics during the evening"
