"My wife and I had a wonderful dinner at Bozu Japanese Restaurant and can’t wait to go back. The cozy izakaya atmosphere and open kitchen make the experience feel authentic and welcoming. We ordered several items from the menu and everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared-clearly made with quality ingredients. The service was friendly and attentive, and the overall vibe made it easy to relax and enjoy the meal. Bozu offers an excellent balance of authenticity, quality, and value. It’s easy to see why it’s so popular. Highly recommended!"

"Wow!! Next to Japan, this has been the best sushi we’ve had in our lives! The restaurant doesn’t look like much outside, and at first glance I wasn’t excited by the menu, but as soon as I saw the food I was hooked, and as soon as I tasted my first bite, I knew this was something special. The fish is incredibly fresh and high quality, the presentation is beautiful, and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. Sadly these days it can be difficult to encounter good service, but not at Bozu! Everyone was so friendly, and sitting at the bar is a fun experience (plus you get your food handed directly to you, which is pretty special!) I highly recommend this place and we will be returning! Actually we already made another reservation for tomorrow! ❤️ the tuna tartare with taro chips is my favorite!"

"This is my first time here but my friend who live in Chinatown and Kauaʻi always meet here when they have time to hang out. Lot of Izakaya menu and the dish I like the most is Grilled stingray (Eihire) which refers to the dried and lightly grilled fin of the stingray, typically served with Japanese mayonnaise, shichimi-pepper. I never try this dish before, and I couldn't find this menu in NYC. All food is super fresh and good quality; the restaurant is busy all the time. Great food, good service and great option."
