Doraku Sushi Kaka'ako

"Had dinner at Doraku tonight and we had such a great experience! The manager Micah, and our server Steffen were both so accommodating and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. My partner and I have been to Doraku a few times now, and the reason we keep coming back is because of the consistently great service and delicious food!! We ordered calamari, oysters, grilled squid (so tender!) , hamachi, and garlic steak everything tasted amazing! What really stood out was how attentive both the manager and our server were, constantly checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Customer service matters more to me than anything else! And doraku always goes above and beyond. You can really tell they care about their guests and take pride in what they do. It's rare these days to find a restaurant that delivers both great food and genuinely warm service but this place does it every time. We'll definitely be back! I highly recommend this spot!!!!"

"I came here with a large group. The service was great and we had a really nice time. We ordered a ton of different things. The only reason im giving it a 4 is because my friend and I got sick that night following dinner so we think it was something we ate here unfortunately."

"Micah is an outstanding server. Everytime we are back in town we make it a point to stop by. The menu is fresh and consistently delicious. There is something to be said for a place that can consistently deliver a tip product each year. The employees hustle; they are attentive. The atmosphere is perfect as well. Maybe the music was a little loud, but it didn’t negatively impact the experience."
